Villa Plus - Arq. Waldemarson Berglund

Este é um belo exemplar de casa de praia. Onde o "shape" da casa se mistura bem ao entorno e os materias caem como uma luva. O "lay-out" em T não simétrico distribui bem os espaços íntimos e sociais. Onde "o viver" da casa, a parte social, separa a suíte principal dos dormitórios dos filhos. Outra aspecto interessante é o pé direito alto da casa e as aberturas que não se limitam a 2,20m, trazendo muita iluminação natural e ventilação em alguns pontos.

This summer house offers views of the sea from every angle. The building settles on the boarderland between rocks, grass and water. The load-bearing walls are built from hand-picked panels of Swedish pine, cut to a rough surface.
